1、泵运抵国内后，中间经手的集成商或现场安装工程队，不允许以任何理由将电机与泵拆解、分离，否则造成的损伤、配合精度的失调，由拆解方承担。（泵在意大利原厂整体组装、调配好的，为保持出厂状态， 长途运输过程中我们都坚持不拆分）

2、看不懂图纸及接错线通电造成的损坏，厂家及代理商不承担责任。

3、交流泵电机通电缺相造成的损坏，厂家及代理商不承担责任。

4、直流泵电机接错线通电造成的损坏，厂家及代理商不承担责任。

5、少数用户人为断开蓄电池组，直接用交流转直流设备（直流屏）给直流应急泵电机供电、运转，造成的电磁共振及一切损失由用户自己负责，（蓄电池组相对直流泵电机而言仅仅是耗材，为省电池而损害泵很不明智）厂家及代理商不为这种情况承担任何责任。

6、Finder直流油泵其设计定位为应急泵，紧急时刻发挥作用，不可用其代替交流泵长期运行。不合理使用资源，一切损失自负。

7、买家从海关提货时应检查包装外观是否完好，拍照留存，有异常情况直接启动保险理赔程序。无异常情况收货后10个工作日内联系代理商派人参与开箱（封）验货工作，如未见异常，签字确认。

8、Finder油泵在安装现场正式通电运转前，买家（工程甲方）务必与代理商联系，代理商将派专业工程师赴现场提供一次免费的同轴精度调整，经此调整、可保证泵与驱动电机完美配合，可长期安全稳定运行（这项安排非常重要）。不与代理商联系，工程安装现场直接通电运转，造成的相关损失，厂家及代理商不承担责任。

9、引进进口定制工业产品，程序繁杂，远程运输的过程不 能有一点闪失，代理商诚信严谨地完成自己分内的工作，保障Finder油泵为意大利本土原产，且到岸完好。

10、这个工业油泵是“特殊的商品”，特殊在从海关提货到用户落地运转之间将会有很长很坎坷的路要走，其间有很多劫术要经历，包括仓储环节（日晒雨淋水浸几个月至数年）、集成商吊装（磕碰与坠落）、集成商安装环节（定位不精准产生变形应力）、集成商打包运送至用户现场环节（私自拆解、长途运输）、现场接线通电环节（接错线常有发生）、试运行环节（ 轴不对中、油路中铁屑磨料杂质破坏油封），这些过程中任一环节都可能会造成泵产品不断积累受损。

11、作为意大利Finder工业泵的代理商， 核心工作之一是突破语言、技术、文化的差异，做好技术对接，把用户的定制需求100%的传达给制造厂，顺利定制出满意的产品；核心工作之二是管控国际贸易的资金安全，保障意大利原产正宗的Finder泵产品安全到港落地。到港验收后，由集成商、二次转运、电建、用户失误造成的意外损伤由具体责任方承担。

1、Upon the pump's arrival in the country, the integrator or on-site installation team handling it must not disassemble or separate the motor from the pump for any reason. The party responsible for the disassembly shall bear all consequences, including damage and loss of assembly precision. (The pump is fully assembled and calibrated at the Italian factory; to maintain its factory condition, we insist on keeping it intact during long-distance transportation.)

2、The manufacturer and the agent shall not be liable for any damage caused by powering up the unit due to misreading the diagrams or incorrect wiring.

3、The manufacturer and the agent shall not be liable for any damage caused by powering up the AC pump motor under a phase-loss condition.

4、The manufacturer and the agent shall not be liable for any damage caused by powering up the DC pump motor due to incorrect wiring.

5、Some users may artificially disconnect the battery bank and directly power the DC emergency pump motor using an AC-to-DC converter (DC panel). The user shall be solely responsible for any resulting electromagnetic resonance and all associated losses. (The battery bank is merely a consumable for the DC pump motor; it is unwise to damage the pump to save on batteries.) The manufacturer and the agent shall not assume any liability for such scenarios.

6、The Finder DC oil pump is designed and positioned as an emergency pump, intended to function only in critical situations. It must not be used as a substitute for an AC pump for long-term operation. Any losses resulting from the unreasonable use of resources shall be borne by the user.

7、Upon taking delivery of the goods from customs, the buyer shall inspect the exterior of the packaging, take photos for record-keeping, and initiate the insurance claim procedure immediately if any anomalies are found. If no anomalies are found, the buyer must contact the agent within 10 working days to arrange for on-site unpacking and inspection. If no abnormalities are found during the inspection, the buyer shall sign to confirm acceptance.

8、Before the official commissioning and operation of the Finder oil pump at the installation site, the buyer (the project owner) must contact the agent. The agent will dispatch a professional engineer to provide a free alignment service for the coaxial accuracy. This adjustment ensures a perfect fit between the pump and the drive motor, guaranteeing long-term safe and stable operation (this arrangement is crucial). If the buyer powers up the unit directly on-site without contacting the agent, the manufacturer and the agent shall not be liable for any resulting losses.

9、Importing customized industrial products involves complex procedures, and the long-distance transportation process must be flawless. The agent will complete its duties with integrity and rigor, ensuring that the Finder oil pumps are genuinely manufactured in Italy and arrive at the port in perfect condition.

10、This industrial oil pump is a "special commodity." The "special" aspect lies in the long and arduous journey between customs clearance and final operation at the user's site. There are many hazards to navigate along the way, including:

Storage: Exposure to sun, rain, water immersion for months or even years.

Integration & Lifting: Bumps, collisions, and drops by the integrator.

Installation: Deformation stress caused by inaccurate positioning.

Transportation: Unauthorized disassembly and long-distance transport.

Wiring: Frequent occurrences of incorrect wiring.

Commissioning: Damage to the oil seal caused by misalignment and impurities (such as iron filings and abrasive particles) in the oil line.

Any of these steps may cause continuous accumulation of damage to the pump.

After port inspection and acceptance, any accidental damage caused by the oil station integrator, logistics company, power construction company, or user misoperation shall be borne by the specific party at fault.
