Custom Oil Pump Manufacturing Process
Client Eligibility & Agreement
The client must acknowledge and agree to the following
fundamental principles:

Eligibility:
The client must be a valid supplier to the OEM (Original Equipment
Manufacturer) or the power plant.

Project Requirement:
The client must have secured a specific awarded engineering project or
possesses a proprietary project.

Storage Capability:
Given the extended construction cycle of power plants, the client must
have established mechanisms and control capabilities to ensure the safe
storage and preservation of the equipment from the time it arrives
undamaged at customs until final commissioning.

Liability for Damage:
Any accidental damage caused by specific handling parties—including
transportation, assembly, re-transportation, reinstallation by power
construction companies, or user violations of operating procedures
during the period the equipment is in the hands of subcontracted
integrators—shall be the responsibility of the respective handling
party.
Ordering Procedure

Technical Submission:
Submit performance requirements (including installation dimensions,
fluid medium, flow rate, head, operating conditions, redundancy, etc.)
to our company.

Design & Verification:
Our technical department will compile these requirements and communicate
them to the Finder R&D Center. Finder will conduct design calculations.
This phase involves a 1–3 month process of reviewing and confirming
drawings and technical parameters. Production will commence only after
all three parties have verified and approved the final drawings.

Repeat Orders:
For returning clients, simply providing the previous project number
allows us to retrieve project information for update and confirmation,
facilitating reordering.
Note: We actively
participate in tenders for projects requiring high-flow, high-specification
pumps. Enterprises intending to use Italian industrial pumps are encouraged
to include the Finder brand in their list of approved suppliers.
Manufacturing
The production cycle ranges from
3 to 6 months.
Shipping

Standard Method:
Sea freight is the default option, taking approximately
3 to 6 months.

Expedited Option:
Air freight is available only for special client requests and must be
paid for by the client.
Responsibility & After-sales

Delivery:
The Finder manufacturer and its agents are responsible for the safe and
intact delivery of goods to the destination port.

Support:
Our after-sales company will dispatch personnel to accompany the client
during inspection and provide relevant technical consultation.
Important Remarks
The Italian factory strictly observes statutory
holidays and does not arrange overtime. The local lifestyle rhythm is
generally unaffected by urgent user demands. Therefore, domestic engineering
projects must allow sufficient lead time and place orders as early as
possible.
